We want you to love what you ordered from GMThreadsNYC. Because all of our products are custom‑made through print‑on‑demand production, our policies differ from traditional retail. Please review the following information before placing your order.

1. Print‑on‑Demand Production
 

All GMThreadsNYC items are made‑to‑order.

Your product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this:

• We do not hold inventory.

• We cannot resell returned items.

• Refunds and exchanges are limited to specific situations listed below.
   

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
 

We will issue a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

• Defective Items — misprints, significant color errors, or material flaws.

• Wrong Item Shipped — incorrect design, size, or product due to fulfillment error.

• Damaged in Transit — item arrives damaged or unusable.

 

To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email Us: manager@gmthreadsnyc.com Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

2. Review: We will review your request within 3 business days.

3. Resolution: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
    

4. Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of Mind

• Incorrect Size Selection (please check our size guide before ordering)

• Minor Color Variations due to screen differences or normal POD variance

• Wear and Tear after delivery

• Requests submitted after 14 days
   

5. Exchanges

Because items are made‑to‑order, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item qualifies under the refund/defect criteria, we will replace it at no cost.
 

6. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, we may offer a partial refund for minor cosmetic issues that do not affect wearability. This is determined at our discretion.
 

7. Sale & Clearance Items

Sale, promotional, and clearance items follow the same refund rules. Refunds are issued based on the price paid, not the original price.
 

8. International Fulfillment Notice

Some GMThreadsNYC items — including sweatsuits and tee/shorts bundles — are fulfilled overseas and shipped to our U.S. location before being sent to you. Because of this:

• Processing times may vary.

• Bundled items may arrive in separate packages, even when purchased together.
