Using the website to advertise or solicit business for products or services not related to GMThreadsNYC without our prior written consent.

We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device screen will display colors with complete accuracy. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a warranty. Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. Order Acceptance. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
1.8 Print-on-Demand Products Important Notice
GMThreadsNYC products are made-to-order through print-on-demand production. Each item is custom-produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This means that production times are required before shipping, and our refund and return policies reflect the custom nature of our products. 1.9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GMThreadsNYC, its owner, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of our products, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the total amount you paid to GMThreadsNYC for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
