If you receive a defective or misprinted item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will review and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Exclusions:

This policy does not cover:

• Normal Wear and Tear

• Damage caused by misuse

• Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
