Shipping Policy

At GMThreadsNYC, we value fast, reliable delivery. All orders are fulfilled through USA-based production partners to ensure consistent quality and efficient shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically take 2-5 Business Days to prepare. Processing times may vary depending on holidays, high-volume periods or product drops.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

At the moment, we currently only offer standard shipping with plans to expand to expedited shipping in the near future. Standard shipping takes 3-7 Business Days, which begins after your order has completed processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GMThreadsNYC is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. GMThreadsNYC is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered” by the carrier but refunded by the consumer. If this occurs, you should contact the carrier directly. You may also email us at: support@gmthreadsnyc.com and we will assist where possible.

International Shipping

When available, international customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties and taxes. Delivery times vary by country and may be extended due to customs processing.
